We encourage all pupils to participate in the many and varied activities offered. Competitive, recreational and cultural activities are offered in a programme based on sound educational principles.

Competitive Sport
Numerous teams cater for all pupils encouraging good sportsmanship and team work and include:
athletics, badminton, cricket, cross-country, hockey, (girls and boys) netball, rugby, soccer (girls and boys), swimming, tennis, adventure racing.
 
Recreational Interests
The following activities are offered at various times of the year and are reviewed annually, according to teacher expertise and pupil interest. These include:
basketball, cycling, rock-climbing, canoeing, aerobics, yoga.

Cultural Activities
These form an integral part of our school programme and provide a platform for talent and enjoyment. They include:
choir, drama, annual musical production (grade 7), chess, art and craft, drumming, gumboot dancing.

Outside sporting and cultural activities receive recognition and encouragement.

Foundation Phase Extra-Mural Programme
The foundation Phase extra mural programme focuses on the holistic development of the child through the development of motor skills and cultural activities.

From Grade One the learners, both boys and girls, are exposed to the various sporting codes and participate in interschool tournaments and matches in Mini-Cricket, Mini-Soccer, Netball and Mini-Hockey. The Grade Threes participate in fun interschool swimming galas on a regular basis. Boys and girls may also participate in Adventure Racing.

A number of cultural and recreational activities are offered depending on educator expertise and learner intrest. These activities include choir, drumming, art and craft, Discovery Club (an extension programme for the more abled learner) and drama.
