Leadership

Children are encouraged to become good leaders through numerous leadership opportunities including:
class monitors, school monitors in Grade 6, prefects in Grade 7 with professional leadership training, development of entrepreneurial skills through pupil-organised fundraising.
 

Field Trips

As an extension of the curriculum, each grade enjoys many relevant, educational excursions. In Grades 6 and 7 these include three-day tours, which not only broaden the child's learning experience, but provide many opportunities for the development of leadership skills and independence.
 

Speech and Drama Festival

Every child participates in a class theme programme or choral verse. Children may also enter individually for certificates. The festival culminates with evening performances for parents and friends to view the children's work.
